1. Application

2. Application review/ Contract review

The mandays required for auditing is calculated as per the various Mandatory documents released by IAF, for example- IAF MD-5 is for calculating the mandays required for auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The application form filled by the client consists of all the required information required to calculate the number of mandays and other technical requirements.
The cost estimation is given based on the contract review done by the application reviewer.
We at SIS Certifications have technical and experienced individuals who analyse the the application form and perform the contract review.

3. Agreement

Once the quotation is approved by the client, the agreement is sent to the client which consists of the requirements of sis and accreditation board to be followed in the certification cycle.
As soon as the agreement is signed and received by the client, the stage 1 audit is planned.

4. Stage 1 audit

As per the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021 and the specific standards, it is mandatory to review the documents and verify the preparedness for the final audit.
It is also mandatory to verify that the information provided in the application form is correct.

5. Stage 2 audit

Once the stage 1 audit is completed and the concerns raised in the stage1 audit are closed, the stage 2 audit is carried out using the auditors. In this stage, the implementation of the standard is verified and the recommendation based on the level of compliance is given by the auditors.
The audit report bearing the major NC/minor NC/observations are given by the auditors.

6. Certification decision

The certification decision is taken based on the various factors such as payments, closure of Non Conformances, etc. Once the approval is given by the decision making team, the certification issue is processed.

7. ISO Surveillance Audits

Observation in the characterized recurrence is compulsory to be directed to check if the consistence of the ISO Standard is kept up. The Continuation letter/Certificate for one more year is given after the powerful observation audit.

8. Re-Certification Audit

This is the place the Certification restoration is to be done. Presently the affirmation survey is practiced for the energizing of the assertion.
